- Virtual personal training sessions are 50 minutes hosted on Zoom or FaceTime

- App Workouts are delivered via the Everfit training app and is designed for the client to complete solo on their own time

- Workouts will utilize all of the equipment the client has available at home or their gym

- Regular check-ins will be scheduled to keep the client on track and progressing towards their goals
