I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Sugarfoot Therapy instructor, trained in Lagree and Pilates with advanced education in functional training, energy systems, and program periodization. I’ve worked with hundreds of women from the gym to the studio — corporate professionals, new moms coming back after time off, professional dancers, and high-performers — who needed more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
At the core of my philosophy is the belief that strength isn’t just something you can see or measure, it’s what you live and breathe everyday.
My periodized method blends traditional strength and conditioning with metabolic efficiency, recovery science, and holistic wellness integration. I haven’t just studied the body, I’ve had to rebuild mine more than once.
I’ve healed a full ACL tear, undergone two surgeries for both a torn hip labrum and meniscus, and navigated the emotional rollercoaster of recovery, weight gain, weight loss, and EVERYTHING that comes in between. I know what it’s like to go from feeling capable and in control, to feeling disconnected from my own body, unsure how to get back.
In those seasons, I learned that physical healing is also mental, emotional, and deeply personal. It’s not about “bouncing back,” but re-learning to trust yourself, move with intention, and meet your body where it is, not just where you think it should be.
