Movement has been my language since age 6. I've spent over 20 years of my life training, performing, teaching, and choreographing. When I first moved to LA in 2015, I was chasing big dreams until a torn hip labrum put everything on pause. The injury was physically and emotionally the most challenging thing I've ever gone through, but it also became a needed turning point. For eight months after having surgery, I committed to physical therapy 2x a week, leaned into healthier foods (thanks to my mom’s nutrition wisdom), and learned how to reshape and take care of my body from the inside out.
