As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Sugarfoot Therapy educator, trained in both Pilates and Lagree with advanced education in periodized programming, energy systems, and client management systems, I’ve worked with women from the gym to the studio. From corporate professionals to busy mamas, travelers, entrepreneurs building their dream lives, endurance athletes, and high-performers who needed more than a one-size-fits-all program.
At the core of my philosophy is the belief that strength isn’t just something you can see or measure, it’s what you live and breathe every single day. Physical strength is woven into every other part of our lives.
My method blends traditional strength and conditioning with holistic wellness and nutrition. Designed to evolve with your body, this system supports every stage of your training journey: from the basics of strength and cardio, to muscle growth, balancing meals throughout the day, understanding your "why", and making sustainable habit changes.

I haven’t just studied the body, I’ve had to rebuild mine more than once.
I’ve healed an ACL tear, undergone surgeries for a torn hip labrum and meniscus, and navigated the emotional rollercoaster of recovery, weight gain, weight loss, nutrition and everything else that comes in-between. I know what it’s like to go from feeling totally in-control and healthy to feeling disconnected from my own body, unsure how to get back.
In those seasons, I learned that physical healing is equally mental, emotional, physical and deeply personal. I'm here to help you re-learn to trust your choices, move with intention, set and reach goals, and meet your body where it's at.
